The Schedule page lists the event's sessions by day and track. Open a session to see its time, place, speakers and links. Your own plan is in My Schedule.
Where to find it
Mobile app: Menu > Schedule (or the name your organizer gave the page).
Web app: Schedule in the left menu. In a window narrower than 768 px, open Menu > Schedule.
My Schedule is a tab of its own, in the tab bar of the mobile app and in the left menu of the web app. Its name is "My" plus the name of the schedule page, for example My Agenda. See Bookmark sessions and change the schedule view.
If you don't see Schedule, the organizer has turned it off.
The top of the schedule
Day name: the day you are viewing. If the event has more than one day, select it to pick another day from a list.
Day buttons: one per event day, with the weekday and the date. They appear only when the event has more than one day.
Magnifying glass: searches the sessions. See Search the event.
Filter icon: filters by track, tag, speaker, location and more. See Filter the schedule.
Sliders icon: opens Settings, with the layout, scale, density, calendar sync and blocked times. See Bookmark sessions and change the schedule view.
Filter chips above the sessions: each one opens one filter type.
The schedule opens on the first day, from today on, that has sessions. After the event, it opens on the first day with sessions. The day you pick stays selected while the app is open.
Layouts
The organizer chooses the layout you see first. Change it with the sliders icon.
Timeline: each track is a row. Time runs from left to right.
Linear: each track is a column. Time runs from top to bottom.
List: the day's sessions and your meetings in one list, by start time. Each session card has a bookmark icon and shows the time, the location, the tags and the registration status.
During the event, Timeline and Linear mark the current time with a line and scroll to it. List scrolls to the next session.
Session tiles
Each tile shows the session title, the start and end time and, if there is room, the speakers. The color is the track color, unless the organizer gave the session its own color. Some tiles also show a sponsor's logo.
One icon can show before the title:
Check mark: you have a seat.
Clock: you are waiting for the organizer's approval, or you are on the waitlist.
Folder: the session runs at several times. Open it to see them all.
Bookmark: you bookmarked the session.
Only one icon shows at a time, in the order of this list.
"RSVP required" under the time means the session needs registration and you don't have a seat yet. See Reserve a seat in a session.
Tracks
In Timeline and Linear, each track shows its name and More info. Select it to open the track page. The track page shows, when the organizer added them:
the cover image and the description
Sponsored by, with the track's sponsors
Highlighted speakers
Sessions (N), with every session in the track, on all days
You can also open the track page from the track name on a session page.
Open a session
Select a tile to open the session page. The page shows what the organizer added, in this order:
The cover image, the title, the subtitle and the tags.
"Part of:" and the name of the main session, if this is one time of a session that runs more than once. Select it to open the main session.
The track, the date and time, and the location.
Watch now, if the session has a stream or video link. In the mobile app, it opens the link. In the web app, the stream plays inside the app. The session chat and links, if the session has them, show beside or below the player. Open in new tab at the top opens the link in a browser tab instead.
Show map, if the event has a venue map and the session has a location. It is not shown to virtual attendees.
Rate this session. See Rate a session.
The description. Long descriptions end with Show more.
Extra session details from the organizer.
The session chat, with Open chat. Until people write in it, it reads "Got a thought or question? Share it here."
The sponsors, under Sponsored by (N) or the organizer's title.
The speakers, under the name of the speakers page. Select a speaker to open their profile.
Attending (N), if the organizer shows who reserved a seat.
Session times (N), or the organizer's title for it, if the session runs more than once. Up to 25 times are listed. Select Show all (N) for the rest.
Links (N), with links from the organizer.
A bar at the bottom of the page has the bookmark button. On sessions that need registration, it also shows the registration status and Reserve seat, Request seat or Join waitlist.
Your meetings in the schedule
At events with networking slots, the first track is 1:1 meetings (or the name your organizer gave it). It shows the slots where you have a meeting or a meeting request. Each tile shows the other person's photo or initials (a group icon for a group meeting) and the start time. If the tile has room, it also shows a status:
New request: someone asked to meet you at this time.
Reschedule: the other person proposed this new time.
Pending: you sent the request and are waiting for an answer.
The meeting point, for example Table 3, or the name the organizer gave a reserved meeting point, for example VIP • Table 3: the meeting is accepted.
A dot on the tile marks a new request or a new time. Select a tile to open the meeting chat. For a group meeting invitation you haven't answered yet, it opens Meeting details.
Declined and canceled meetings disappear from the track. Free networking slots are not shown, so you can't book a meeting from the schedule. To book one, open People. See Suggest a meeting.
The track page (More info) lists your accepted meetings under Meetings (N). Without accepted meetings it reads "You haven’t booked any meetings yet" and offers Book meetings, which opens People.
To keep times free of meetings, see Set your networking availability.
Good to know
Times show in the event's time zone if you attend in person. If you attend virtually or in a hybrid way, they show in your own time zone (Account > Date & time > Time zone).
The organizer can make a session visible only to some attendees. Sessions you don't have access to don't appear anywhere in the app. The event's website can still list them.
Tracks with no sessions on the selected day are hidden, unless the organizer chose to show empty tracks.
If you turned networking off when you joined, the 1:1 meetings track is hidden, unless the organizer arranged meetings for you.
The schedule, the session pages and the track pages work the same in the mobile app and the web app.
Troubleshooting
"Nothing to show yet"
The organizer has not published sessions yet. The page says "The schedule will appear here as soon as it's ready."
"No sessions found"
The selected day has no sessions you can see. Pick another day or select Refresh.
"No results for" a day
Your filters match no session on that day. Select Clear filters or pick another day. See Filter the schedule.
A session is missing
A filter hides it, or the organizer made it visible only to some attendees. Clear the filters first. If it is still missing, ask the organizer.
My Schedule is missing
The organizer turned off My Schedule. Your meetings are still in Networking.
