Find speakers

Written by Customer Success

The Speakers page lists everyone speaking at the event. Each profile shows the speaker's bio and sessions.

Where to find it

  • Mobile app: Menu > Speakers (or the name your organizer gave the page).

  • Web app: Speakers in the left menu. In a narrow window, Menu > Speakers.

  • Home: the Featured speakers section shows up to 5 speakers chosen by the organizer. See all opens the full list.

  • A session page: the session's speakers are listed under the speakers heading. Select one to open the profile.

If you don't see Speakers, the event has no speakers in the app.

Browse the list

  • Search for speakers (the button carries the page's name if the organizer renamed it) opens the event search on the speakers category. It matches names, job titles and companies. See Search the event.

  • Filters narrows the list by the custom fields your organizer added to speaker profiles. It appears only if at least one of those fields has values to choose from.

  • The sort button opens Sort by with By default, By job title (A-Z), By last name (A-Z) and By company name (A-Z). By default is by last name.

A speaker's profile

Select a speaker to open the profile:

  • Photo, name, job title and company.

  • Extra fields the organizer added.

  • The bio.

  • Sessions (n): the speaker's sessions as cards. Select one to open the session, where you can bookmark it.

Good to know

  • Speakers are not attendee profiles. You can't chat with or request a meeting with a speaker from the Speakers page. If the speaker also attends the event, find them in People.

  • The organizer sets the names of the Speakers page and the heading on session pages, so they can differ at your event.
