Troubleshoot the issue on the web app by following these steps:

  1. First, check your Internet Connection: Ensure your Internet connection is stable and active. Try refreshing the page or accessing other websites to confirm connectivity. A slow Internet connection might cause unexpected issues (slow <2-3Mbs). Measure your internet speed: www.fast.com

  2. Log out and log back into the event. If the issue persists.

  3. Try to update your browser to the newest version. If the issue persists.

  4. Try to use another Browser, such as Chrome or Safari or Device. Try accessing the web app from another browser or device to determine whether it is on. If the issue persists.

  5. Try restarting your device. Sometimes, new Operating Systems need to be updated, blocking you from using our app as expected. If the issue persists, it's very likely you found a bug! Please get in touch with us via https://help.brella.io/contact-us.
