A group meeting is a meeting with more than two attendees. It has one chat, one time slot, one place and one video room. You create it by adding other attendees when you suggest a meeting, or by inviting them to an existing meeting.
Where to find it
New meeting: a person's profile > Suggest meeting > Add others at the bottom of the screen.
Existing meeting: the meeting chat > ⋯ menu > Invite others. See Invite others to a meeting.
The path is the same in the mobile app and the web app. If you don't see Add others, the organizer has turned off group meetings or the event has no networking slots.
Roles
Organizer of the meeting: the person who sends the request.
Co-organizer: the person the request is sent to. The app shows "<name> is the co-organiser".
Guests: everyone added with Add others or Invite others.
Create a group meeting
Open an attendee's profile and select Suggest meeting.
Check the suggested time slot. Select Change to pick another slot.
Select Add others.
Read Creating a group meeting and select Continue. This screen explains that the co-organizer can cancel for everyone and that the group chat starts after they accept. Check Don't show this message again to skip it next time in this event.
On Invite others, choose guests from Matches, Bookmarked or All networking. The lists only show attendees who are free at that time. Select Continue.
Back on Suggest meeting, the guests are listed under Additional guests and the slot card reads "Available for everyone". Select the trash icon next to a guest to remove them.
Edit Your message if you want, then select Send request.
The co-organizer gets a meeting request. Each guest gets a group meeting request: a push notification "Group meeting request from <your name>" and an email "<your name> invited you to a group meeting". The group chat opens once the co-organizer accepts.
Answer a group meeting invitation
As a guest, you see Group meeting request from <name> with the message, the time and the place.
Open the meeting from Networking, from My Schedule or from the notification.
Under Going?, select Yes or No.
The app shows "Group meeting accepted" or "Group meeting declined". To change your answer later, open the meeting and select ⋯ > Change response. You can't reschedule or cancel the meeting as a guest.
How a group meeting shows up
Meeting cards and the chat title read Group meeting; the card lists the participants. Guests see the tag You are invited as a guest.
In the Schedule timeline (or the name your organizer gave it), the tile shows a group icon and the start time.
The video room opens as Group video call. The reminder push reads You have a group meeting in 5 minutes.
⋯ > View attending opens Meeting details with the tabs Attending, Invited and Declined.
Cancel, decline or reschedule
If the organizer or the co-organizer cancels, the meeting is canceled for everyone. Before declining, the co-organizer sees the warning This meeting will be cancelled for all.
If a guest answers No, only that guest is removed. The meeting continues for everyone else.
Only the organizer and the co-organizer can reschedule or cancel.
Only the organizer and the co-organizer can invite more people, from Meeting details > Invite others.
Limits
Group meetings need a time slot in a networking area that allows them. In a 1:1 area, Add others is disabled. In a group-only area, you must add at least one guest before Send request works.
The organizer sets the maximum group size, between 2 and 100 people in total. The app also has its own limit on how many people you can pick; when you reach it, it shows You have reached the maximum number of allowed invites. If the organizer's limit is lower, sending fails with "Maximum of <n> participants allowed".
Only attendees who have joined the event can be added.
Guests only see chat messages sent after they were added.
Adding guests does not use your meeting request quota.
You can't remove the co-organizer from a group meeting you are creating. To meet without them, start over from another attendee's profile.
Troubleshooting

Add at least one attendee to suggest a group meeting
The selected slot allows group meetings only. Select Add others and add a guest.
Meeting tables are full. Try suggesting another time.
You tried to accept a group meeting, but the networking area has no free table at that time. Ask the organizer of the meeting to reschedule.
