An event you joined stays in your account after it ends. You open it from My events without a join code. Joining an event for the first time closes the day after the event's end date, unless joining was extended.
Open an event you joined
Sign in with the email address you used for the event.
On My events, scroll to Past events. Each card reads Past - and the event dates.
Select the event. It opens like an ongoing event.
Your schedule, your chats and meetings, the people you connected with and the event's pages are still there. The organizer decides what content stays published after the event. Pitch reels are turned off 1 week after the event ends.
Join an event that has ended
Entering a join code or opening a join link for an ended event shows The event is over. The text under it reads The event you are trying to join appears to be in the past. If you think this is a mistake, please contact our support team. The same message appears for a personal code you never used.
Joining can be kept open for 90 days after the end date. Ask the organizer.
If you did join before the event ended, you do not need the code again. Sign in and open the event from Past events.
Good to know
An event moves to Past events after its last day ends.
A one-click link from the organizer stops working when the event closes for joining. Opening it while signed out shows the sign-in screen with Please login to continue. Sign in; if you had joined, the event opens.
If a past event is missing from My events, check which account you are signed in with. Select your profile picture, then Account > Troubleshoot: the Account check shows the email. If it is not the address you used for the event, select Not you? Sign out and sign in with that address. Events in an organizer's branded app appear only in that app.
