Set Networking Availability & Network Through the Event Schedule

An event will have multiple networking slots assigned. These networking slots are visible on the event schedule/agenda. Your availability is set as available for the entire event. Adjust the times when you're unavailable for meetings.

This article explains how you can block your availability and network effectively through the schedule/agenda.

How to set availability on Webapp

  1. Go to the Webapp -> Schedule/Agenda tab

  2. Click on 'Schedule Settings' symbol on top right

  3. Under Block time select + Block time

  4. Add the time you are Not available for Networking/Block the time

  5. You can add multiple Dates/Times

How to set availability on Mobile app

  1. Go to the Mobile app -> Schedule/Agenda tab

  2. Click on 'Schedule Settings' symbol on top right

  3. Under Block times select Change my availability

  4. Select the time you are not available for Networking

  5. You can add multiple Dates/Times

๐Ÿ’กYou can Delete any of the time slots you have blocked if needed by selecting the delete button.

How to network

  1. Go to the mobile app -> Schedule/Agenda tab

  2. Select the time slots from the '1:1 meetings' track for which you want to suggest a meeting for

  3. Click on the '+' icon and you will be redirected to the attendees' tab 'Your matches' section

  4. Select another attendee whom you want to have a meeting with and click 'chat/suggest a meeting'

  5. After you have suggested the meeting you will be directed back to the schedule where you can see the pending meeting request on the 1:1 meetings track.

You can continue to network as shown above. All the pending and accepted meetings requested will be visible on the 1:1 meetings track. If a meeting is canceled by either party, it will be removed from the track. Once a meeting is accepted, you can click on the card on the networking track and view the meeting details as well.
