Similar to the Brella web app, the Brella mobile app allows attendees a hassle-free event access experience. The event organizers will send you an invitation to join the event a few days before the event kicks off. There are various ways in which this invite can be claimed so that you can join the event without any hiccups.
Once logged in, your event may appear automatically within the app if you have used the same email to register. Otherwise, follow the invitation methods outlined below.
Join the event through the 'Join link' on the email
You will receive an event invitation in your email, go to your email inbox and open the invitation email from Brella.
The invitation you receive will have a join code as well as a join link. You can use one of them to join the event on Brella. Click on the 'JOIN THE EVENT' button or the join link you received from the organizers found in the event registration email.
Clicking either of the above will navigate you to the Brella mobile app that you have downloaded to complete the event registration process.
Make sure you have downloaded the Brella mobile app to your mobile device and have created your Brella account beforehand
Download the Brella App from the App Store or Google Play. Ensure to have the latest version or versions.
If your event does not appear immediately after logging in, try signing out and logging back in using the registered email. Ensure you have the latest app version installed.

You can also copy the join 6-digit join code on the invite email and join the event using the Brella mobile app.
Navigate to the Brella mobile app
Click on "Join event"
Click "I have a join code"
Enter the code, you will be navigated to create your event profile

Navigate to the Brella mobile app
Click on "Join event"
Click "I have a join link"
It will navigate to your email inbox where you can find the event invitation email with the event joining options as mentioned in the above first topic.
Once you click either of the options, you will be directed to the event app again.
You can click on the event and complete the event join process.
General Login Method and Troubleshooting
To access your event using the general login method:
Open the Brella mobile app.
Sign in with the email address you used to register for the event.
Your event should appear automatically within the app. Select the event to join.
Troubleshooting Tips
If your event does not appear, verify the email address you used during registration matches the one you entered in the app.
Try signing out and logging back in.
Ensure your app is up to date and has been downloaded from an official app store.
