Please note that the event organizer has to enable this feature for the event attendees.
How to schedule a group meeting
Navigate to the "Networking/people" tab from the event.
Select the attendee (co-organizer) with whom you want to host the meeting, click "Connect and "Suggest Meeting."
Select the time slot and click on "Add others" from the bottom left.
Click on "continue
Add the respective attendees and "Continue."
Click on "Send Meeting Request."
You can add more attendees after the meeting is accepted if required from the "View Attendding"
Important facts
The meeting will get cancelled or rescheduled for the whole group if the Organizer and the Co-organizer proceed with any of the given options.
The meeting will not be cancelled if the added attendees cancel it.
Other attendees can only suggest rescheduling.
The max attendee count for a group meeting is 15.
