If you are new to the Brella app, you need the email address and password to log in to the Brella platform. The platform will prompt you to verify your email address via email, and you can set up the password by following a few simple steps.
Note that some events are hosted at Brella with a different join link (other than next.brella.io). Please read carefully what link or app you need to log in to join the event.
Steps
You can use the web app on your computer browser or tablet/iPad/phone browser.
Go to next.brella.io.
Choose "Continue with Email."
Input your email address and check your inbox to see if you received an email to verify the email address.
Once you verify the email address you will be directed to automatically to this page where you can set your password.
Go to https://next.brella.io again and select log in with email option; then you will be prompted the enter the new password you set
Enter the new password and login successfully to your account
You're in!
You will receive the following error if you try to enter the password without verifying your email address.
Existing account
If you are an existing user trying to access the Brella platform, you can quickly log in with your email address and password.
Note that some events are hosted at Brella with a different join link (other than next.brella.io). Please read carefully what link or app you need to log in to join the event.
You can use the web app on your computer browser or tablet/iPad/phone browser.
Go to next.brella.io.
Choose "Continue with Email."
Enter the email address you used during the sign-up process and click on continue
You will be directed to the login page to add your password, which you set up during the
sign-up process, and click on sign in.
You're in!
Brella is now a password platform if you use the "continue with email" option. This feature was released on the 5th of December 2022. If you are an existing user and login for the first time after the released date, then you will need to follow the same process as a new user to set up the password.
Requirements to access Brella
Have the latest version of the browser of your choice.
Brella works on all modern browsers, preferably Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
The DuckDuckGo browser is not supported. If this is your default browser, please change it to Chrome while using Brella.
Have the latest version of the Brella App on the web and mobile.
